Welcome to MiniPay. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MiniPay payment gateway platform, website, dashboard and APIs (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be a resident of India and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Business accounts must be operated by an authorised representative of the business. MiniPay supports UPI and INR transactions only.
2. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, API keys and secret keys confidential.
- You must enable available security features such as two-factor authentication (2FA).
- MiniPay is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your credentials or API keys.
- Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or accepting payments for prohibited goods and services. MiniPay may suspend or terminate accounts that violate applicable laws or these Terms.
4. Fees & Settlements
Transaction fees, if any, are displayed in your dashboard. Settlements are processed to your registered bank account according to your settlement cycle. Timelines may vary based on bank and UPI network conditions.
5. Integration & Support
Integration of MiniPay into your website or app is your responsibility, using our documentation and SDKs. Our support team assists with platform and account matters.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniPay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
